Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs duty or import tax, such as COD fees before your order can get to you. Unfortunately, custom duty and import taxes are charged by your local customs authority.
If you are shopping from the UK, you’ll receive an email from the courier company omni parcel, with a link on how to pay these charges before your shipment leaves Australia.
For customers shopping from Europe, custom duty fees and taxes will be added at checkout.
For all other international customers, you’ll receive a request to pay customs fees from your local customs office.
